Violations
If the transaction occurred within 90 days, contact the customer service center where you received your transponder and add the plate(s) to your account with a date prior to the first violation date to have the toll(s) paid from your account. If the transaction is more than 90 days old but the FasTrak account was valid, contact the 405 Express Lanes customer service center. If the FasTrak account was not valid at the time of the violation the notice of toll evasion will be enforced.
